• Our new-built apartment houses HOREC and PLESNIVEC are situated in the centre part of Donovaly. They are easy reaching from the main trough-flow. Nearby are several downhill course with 17 lifts and 2 chairlifts. There are also a lot of possibilities for skiing on tracks, skating, snow rafting, bowling, swimming pool or paragliding.

Apartment house HOREC offers an accommodation in two apartments:

• Apartment A/1 – area 57,27 sqm, loggia, 3 fixed beds in the bedroom, folding sofa bed in the living room, TV, kitchen corner, bathroom, toilet, electric heating
• Apartment A/10 – area 48,00 sqm, loggia, 2 fixed beds in the bedroom, 1 fixed bed and folding sofa bed in the living room, TV, kitchen corner, bathroom, toilet, electric heating

Apartment house PLESNIVEC offers an accommodation in two apartments:

• Apartment B/20 – area 52,50 sqm, 2 fixed beds in the bedroom, 1 fixed bed and folding sofa bed in the living room, TV, kitchen corner, bathroom, toilet, electric heating
• Apartment B/21 – area 101,37sqm, 2 fixed beds in the bedroom, 1 fixed bed and folding sofa bed in the 2. bedroom, 1 folding sofa bed in the living room, TV, kitchen corner, bathroom, toilet, electric heating

PRICE LIST:

• Up to 23.12.2010 60,–€ (up to 4 persons) 70,–€ (5 persons) min. no. 2 nights
• 23.12.2010–3.1­.2011 100,–€ (up to 4 persons) 120,–€ (5 persons) min. no. 3 nights
• 3.1.2011–10.2.2011 70,–€ (up to 4 persons) 85,–€ (5 persons) min. no. 2 nights
• 10.2.2011–13.2­.2011 100,–€ (up to 4 persons) 120,–€ (5 persons) min. 2 nights
• 13.2.2011–25.4.2011 70,–€ (up to 4 persons) 85,–€ (5 persons) 2 nights

Price included: accommodation – price per night for whole apartment, parking, electricity power, final cleaning, VAT.

Price not included:

• accommodation tax (0.35 €/person/day­), bed clothes, towels (4,– €/person/stay), insurance

Account:

• 7 day staying is 1 night free
• Deposit – caution: 100,– € – for the possible damages. The deposit money will by returned in cash to the guest after finishing the stay and finding no damages.
• Reservation and payment conditions: After sending the filled out reservation form we will confirm the availability of your required date and will book the apartment for you until we receive the deposit – advance payment (max. 5 days from our reservation confirmation).
• Advance payment – 50 % from the accommodation price – within 5 days from our booking confirmation. Additional payment – 50% is necessary to pay before stay. Accommodation starts on the day of arrival at 14.00. Check out on the day of departure until 10.00.
