• Brick recreational house with wooden facing in village Dúbrava in Low Tatras mountains is situated 20 m far from access road. Thermal swimming pool called Bešeňová is only 10 km far, aquapark called Tatralandia is 15 km far. A lot of ski possibilities in surroundings of 20 km. On the basement there is wine-cellar, on the ground floor there you can find saloon with dining room and fireplace, TV+SAT, radio and CD-player, connected with kitchen which is eqiupped by refrigerator, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave owen and cooker. An entrance to terrace is from the kitchen. Bedroom with three individual beds and additional bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. On the first floor there is a room with four individual beds and two additional beds as leaf couch, bathroom with shower and WC. An apartments with two 2-bedded bedrooms with possibility of one addiotional bed has bathroom with shower and WC. There are also available – fireplace with grill and platic garden sitting. Electric heating, heating for solid fuel and air heating fireplace. Parking on the non-covered closed area, an accommodation with dog is not allowed. Minimum number of people in winter season – 6 people.
